PYW Guides & tips/gratuities

We have a small and wonderful team of guides who work hard on giving you the best service. If you enjoy yourself, do not forget to show your appreciation.


SPECIAL COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

- Our drivers & guides will always be wearing face mask.
- Our vehicles are cleaned and sanitized inside out before each transfer/tour.
- Our drivers & guides are tested 24 hours before each service to ensure the safety of our clients.
- Handshakes are not permitted at any times.
- Temperature check and hand sanitizer will be administrated before entering the vehicle.
- The use of a face mask is mandatory during transfers and tours.

 

PAYMENTS

All our services are payable in full upon booking. For some Custom Multi-day Packages we may take the reservation with a 50% deposit. In those cases the deposit is due upon reservation and balance (full payment) 10 days prior to the date of the first service.

 

Transfers Terms & Conditions
For all transfers, maximum one (1) standard size luggage & one (1) carry-on item per person is included. Please notify us if you have extra luggage. Additional fees may be applicable. 

 

MEET & GREET DETAILS
Our driver/guide will meet with the clients outside of the airport terminal in the designated area for meet & greet. They will hold a name sign with the full name of the person that appears on the booking confirmation.
90 mins of wait time after flight arrival time is included, additional fee of $10 per each 30 mins of extra wait time at the airport is applicable. Extra stops are possible, a charge of $15 applies for every 20 min of wait time at each stop.


DELAYED AND CANCELLED FLIGHTS
If your flight is cancelled or delayed, contact as soon as possible and we will try to arrange and reschedule the transfer accordingly. Fees may apply, details are outline below.

If we do not receive any notice and you are not at the meeting point within the designated timeframe, Panama Your Way reserves the right to cancel your transfer without providing a refund. However, we will always try our best to locate you at the meeting point.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. Cancellation penalties will be calculated based on the time the cancellation notification is received:

 

Sedans, Minivan, Large van:
-Within the first 12 hours following your reservation: 100% refund
-More then 48 hours prior to service date/time or in case of Panama closing its borders due to Covid-19 on travel dates: 95% refund (5% cancellation penalty fee)
-48 hours or less: no refund (100% cancellation penalty fee)

 

Mini bus and Coach bus:

-Within the first 12 hours following your reservation: 100% refund
-More then 72 hours prior to service date/time or in case of Panama closing its borders due to Covid-19 on travel dates: 95% refund (5% cancellation penalty fee)
-72 hours or less: no refund (100% cancellation penalty fee)

 

To cancel and receive a refund for a tour, contact us at info@panamayourway.com. Instructions will be provided in order to obtain your refund.

 

Tours Terms & Conditions

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer full refunds under a 5 day notice. If you are unable to attend the tour, contact as soon as possible and we will try to arrange and reschedule the same or different tour for you. Fees may apply.

If you are not at the designated meeting point by the time of your tour, Panama Your Way reserves the right to cancel your tour without providing a refund. However, we will always try our best to locate you at the meeting point.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Typically, we can accommodate most changes with no problems and no extra cost. In the case of a cancellation of your tour by Panama Your Way, we will refund your tour or schedule you for another tour, as detailed below. However, we cannot accept any change of dates within 5 days or less prior to the date of the tour.

CANCELED OR POSTPONED TOURS BY PANAMA YOUR WAY
Occasionally, tours are canceled or postponed due to weather, mechanical failure, or other unforeseen events. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you about the cancellations and to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that tour. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed tour, please contact us. In the case of a cancellation of your tour by Panama Your Way, we will refund 100% of the price paid for your tour or schedule you for another tour if possible.

REFUNDS

Single-day tours:
All sales are final. Cancellation penalties will be calculated based on the time the cancellation notification is received:
-Within the first 12 hours following your reservation: 100% refund
-6 days or more prior to service date or in case of Panama closing its borders due to Covid-19 on your travel dates: 95% refund (5% cancellation penalty fee)
-5 days or less: no refund (100% cancellation penalty fee)

 

Pre-assembled Multi-day packages and tours:
All sales are final. Cancellation penalties will be calculated based on the time the cancellation notification is received:
-Within the first 12 hours following your reservation: 100% refund
-16 days or more prior to service date or in case of Panama closing its borders due to Covid-19 on your travel dates: full refund less $150 penalty fee ($150 cancellation penalty fee)
-15 days or less: no refund (100% cancellation penalty fee)

 

Custom built Multi-day packages and tours:
Cancellation policy and fees will vary on each individual package and will be communicated on our quote.

TOUR EXCHANGES
No tour exchanges are offered. While in some extreme cases we may offer this service (such as when a tour is cancelled by us), it is not guaranteed and often impossible. Contact us directly to inquire about tour exchanges. Fees may apply.
