Reservation request

You can make a reservation 3 quick and easy ways:

Once your request is sent, we will answer you within 24 hours with a quote/price for your transfer(s) and/or tour(s).


Deposits

We require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is payable by credit card or PayPal directly on our website. The deposit amount varies depending on the type of reservation:


For transfers:

 - Between PTY Airport & Panama City (incl. Gamboa and Playa Bonita): US$25 per transfer

 - For all other transfers: US$50 per transfer


For all tours:

 - For groups of up to 6 people: US$75 per tour (not per person)

 - For groups over 7: US$250 per tour

 - For groups over 12 and special requests we ask for 50% deposit


Confirmation

Following the payment of your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Note: in rare cases, it can take up to 6 hours before the confirmation email is sent.


Final payment

The outstanding balance (final payment) of your booking must to be paid directly to your driver/guide in cash (USD) only. If you are not able to pay cash, please let us know in advance to make other arrangements. Additional fees might be applicable.


* In some cases, the final payment must be made 10 days before your tour, if applicable this will be detailed on our quote / proposal.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

For all groups of 1-6 passengers:

Typically, we can accommodate most changes with no problems and no extra cost. However, we cannot accept any change of dates within 10 days or less prior to the date of the tour/transfer. Shall you need to do so, you must cancel it and make a new reservation (subject to availability).

 

Our cancellations & reimbursement policy
Cancellation penalties will be calculated based on the time notification is received:

- Within the first 12 hours following your payment: 100% refund less $5 admin fee
- 30 days or more prior to service date: 95% refund (5% cancellation penalty fee)
- Between 11 and 29 days prior to departure: 50% refund (50% cancellation penalty fee)
- 10 days or less: no refund (100% cancellation penalty fee)

 

For all groups of 7 and more passengers:

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Typically, we can accommodate most changes with no problems and no extra cost. However, if you need to change your reservation date, a fee of 5% of the tour/transfer price is applicable to all changes made less than 30 days prior to the date of your tour/transfer.

 

We cannot accept any change of dates with less than 10 days notice. Shall you need to do so, you must cancel your original reservation (50% cancellation fee applies) and make a new reservation (subject to availability).
